Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States (50 states + DC). We don’t ship internationally at this time.

Processing time: Orders placed Mon–Fri by 12:00 pm ET ship same or next business day. Orders after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery speed & cost:

Shipping costs will vary depending on package size, package weight, holiday surcharges, carrier, etc.

Free Shipping: orders $75+ (applied automatically)

Carriers: USPS, UPS (we choose the best option for your address).

Tracking: Tracking numbers will be emailed when your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours to update.

P.O. boxes / APO/FPO: Yes—shipped via USPS.

Address issues: If you entered the wrong address, email info@kathartiksupps.com within 1 hour of ordering. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we can reship (additional postage may apply).

Lost/damaged packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, please check with household members/neighbors and allow 24 hours. For damage or non-delivery after that window, contact us within 7 days of the scan with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll help file a claim and make it right.

Weather & peak delays: Carriers may experience delays beyond our control during severe weather or holiday peaks.
